Balefire Wine List
Our wine list and inventory were prepared by Shellie Slettebak of Perfect Wine Pairings. The wine is served out of a cruvinet, a device we built so that we can serve 24 bottles by the glass under argon gas, preserving the wine virtually indefinitely.
Events and Promotions
- Wines of the World - Weekly wine tastings ~ 5 2oz. pours for $15. In our Monday night weekly tasting we focus on value wines, wines we fell are a great value for the price point. We offer flights of 5, or more, pours. The flights are arranged around a theme: sparling wines, party wines, regions, varietals, etc. so that over time we can expose you to the wonderful world of wine. Additionally, you can buy any of the wines at the tasting to go for only 20% over bottle cost.
- Wine Maker's Nights - We are in a fantastic region for wineries. 28 winemakers have gone pro from the Boeing Employee Beer and Winemakers club alone. We will showcase these winemakers and have tastings of their offerings on a regular basis.
- Private Parties - Our basement meeting space is available for Clubs and other functions.

- De Cadence Pyment - We are working with award-winning Cadence Winery to provide a signature pyment (grapes plus honey).
- Wine and Food Events - We are working on special events to pair wine with food, from the cheese course to dessert.
- Wine for Beer Geeks - This popular course, taught by Shellie Slettebak, puts wine in terms beer lovers can understand. Malt and hops, sugar and acid - all that good stuff. If you like Belgians, but don't drink wine we bet we can find something you will love.
